Your Wedding at Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church
Your wedding ceremony at Lincoln Avenue is certain to be a momentous and glorious celebration under the direction and spiritual guidance of our Wedding Coordinator. Her desire is to be your greatest resource in planning and executing this once-in-a-lifetime event. She will serve as your constant liaison and coordinate the proper use of the church facility. Your fee includes the services of the Wedding Coordinator, sound technician, facility use for rehearsal and ceremony, assigned dressing rooms and use of sanctuary sound equipment.

(Fees payable in-full 2 weeks prior to event)
In addition, there is a $100.00 damage deposit required to reserve the date of your wedding. This deposit will be returned within 10 days after the event barring any damage. Should the wedding be cancelled, the deposit is refundable up to two weeks before the event.
Building Use:
Because you’ll be using our worship center, we ask that all aspects of the wedding and/or reception be concluded by 7:00 p.m. if scheduled Saturday evening. The platform remains as is; musical instruments are not removable. The podium may be removed and additional risers assembled in front. No alcohol or tobacco use is permitted on church premises at any time. Birdseed and rice are prohibited both outside and inside. Violation results in automatic forfeit of the damage deposit.
Decorations:
The Wedding Coordinator must approve all decorating plans prior to installation. It is the responsibility of the couple to ensure that decorations are removed immediately following the event. Lincoln Avenue is not responsible for personal items lost or left unattended. Nothing may be affixed to walls, floors, ceilings or chairs. Violation results in automatic forfeit of the damage deposit.
Music:
A wedding ceremony is an act of worship. Therefore, the music selected by the couple should be appropriate for the church setting. Any unusual music choices must be approved by the Wedding Coordinator. She will be useful in making recommendations for music, musicians and sound technicians (as needed).
